Maintenance program #1 is to protect the customer from ever having to pay more than a yearly fee. Economy Air Conditioning And Heating will charge a yearly price of $300.00 per each 1- to 5-ton heating and cooling air conditioning unit. The unit(s) will be inspected first to ensure proper working condition.
In the event of breakdown, Economy Air Conditioning And Heating will fix the unit at no cost to you. All labor, materials and parts are included in this program. Plus, twice a year, Economy Air Conditioning And Heating will perform a full maintenance* and filter service on each system.
*Items not covered on full maintenance:
1. Electrical to the A/C unit
2. The firebox (gas heating)
3. Replacement of old A/C units
4. Changing ductwork "extra"
